Details of the Spring 2014 Don’t Mess With Texas Trash-Off 3/14 K.Agee

The Not-For-Profit organization Keep Garland Beautiful is once again having their “Don’t Mess With Texas Trash-Off” event this spring.

This time around, it will be held on March 29^th with the collection point, free picnic lunch, and award ceremony being held at 11am in the Granger Recreation Center Annex located at Avenue F and Garland Rd.

3/4/14- At this point the WGNA organization is seeking suggested clean-up sites within our (District 6) boundaries, ranging from Buckingham Rd south to Miller Rd, and from Shiloh Rd west to Plano Rd and the western City limits. For example, last year we cleaned up the field & stream just south of the Jupiter & Buckingham Walgreens store.
