Fall 2015 “Yard Sale” details

10/25/15: The sale described below was cancelled due to the heavy rains that weekend. Per discussions at our 10/22/15 general meeting, we will probably try again around June 2016.

The West Garland Neighborhood Association (WGNA) will have a “yard sale” this fall, as a way to bring in a little revenue for our charitable organization (we never charge membership dues).

The event will be held on Saturday 10/24/2015, starting at 8:30am and continuing until sometime in the afternoon. The location is 3311 Bobbie Court, which is a cul de sac home just off Bobbie Lane, located east of Jupiter Rd (north of Walnut Rd).

We encourage you to come out and look around… maybe you will find just what you need (but didn’t know you needed it!)

The proceeds go to a good cause, since the WGNA focuses on our local neighborhood (Shiloh over to Plano Rd, Buckingham down to Forest Ln), and it is staffed by volunteers only.

Additional donated items are welcomed, as long as they are 100% functional and not completely worn out. Call 972-379-7497 to arrange for pickup if you need it (please leave your name, a phone#, and description of what you have).
