We have $925.50 in bank. 

Old Business

Possibility of spending some of our money on WGNA t-shirts and/or signs as discussed in previous meetings was reviewed.  Lori Dodson has some old signs she can donate to save us money.  Ken Agee will look into getting contact paper we can use to put on the signs. Designs for t-shirts will also be explored. 

New Business

Lori Dodson, Council Member, discussed some upcoming construction developments and housing areas.  Bert Alexander asked about what are the rules requiring businesses to display their address. 

Community Multi-culture Commission has started a restaurant guide for the area.  Reports showing the last grade received from city inspections on restaurants are available on City of Garland website. 

Ricardo asked about options for using flyers or business cards to advertise our group.  In the next meeting Ricardo and Ken will present samples for each option.

National Night Out is set on October 4^th.  A vote on whether to participate was held.  All present voted yes.  Tentative plans were discussed.
