Minutes of the Quarterly Meeting

January 27, 2022

Hollabaugh Recreation Center

The meeting was called to order at 7 pm.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Officers in attendance:

David Morehead - President

Irene Ryan- Secretary

Robert Vera - Treasurer

Ken Agee - Sergeant-at-Arms

Officers not in attendance:

Bao-Vinh Pham - Vice President

Minutes from the meeting in October 2021 were read and approved.

Robert Vera reported the funds in our account totaled $2,400.

Due to the absence of our Vice President, Bao-Vinh Pham, Linda Deskin has agreed to fill that position. If anyone is interested in the position, please let the board know. Volunteering is a good way to get to know your neighbors and support our community.

We didn’t have any of our NPOs at this meeting due to some other duties they encountered during the meeting.

We are still not sure about our relocation to another meeting place when construction on the Center here and the new library begins. Once again, we encourage input from the members.

Nominations were taken for board positions. All current positions were voted on and filled with the following:

President: David Morehead

Vice President: Linda Deskin

Secretary: Irene Ryan

Treasurer: Robert Vera

Sergeant-at-Arms: Ken Agee
