Minutes of the Quarterly Meeting

October 26, 2023

The meeting was called to order at 7 pm.

Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Officers in attendance:

Linda Deskin – Vice President

Irene Ryan – Secretary

Ken Agee – Sergeant-at-Arms

Officers absent:

Robert Vera - Treasurer

Minutes from the meeting in July were read and approved.

Treasurer’s report: $2,512.50 in the bank

Our NPO, Officer Diaz, was in attendance. He said to be careful around ATMs. It you’re traveling, contact GPD to keep an eye on your property.

Our Councilwoman, Carissa Dutton, mentioned about money saving tips from the city. She also asked representatives from Code Compliance, and GP&L to attend, as this was a combination Town Hall Meeting and our regular quarterly meeting.

There is a new Medical City Emergency Clinic being built on Buckingham at Jupiter.

First Place Foods is new in District 6.

There will be a multi-family housing built at Walnut and King streets.

Construction continues at Hollabaugh.

A motion was made to end the meeting, was seconded, and passed unanimously.
