November 3rd 2026 Voting 10/26 K.Agee
In person early voting starts Monday October 19th and ends on Friday October 30th. This is in the lead-up to the main day of voting on Nov 3rd. As a reminder, residents of Garland’s District 6 can vote at any precinct in Dallas County if that’s more convenient. Voting by mail is also allowed, with 10/23 being the last day to request a ballot. Mail-in ballots must be post-marked no later than 7 p.m. on 11/3… the same day as the final in-person voting.
There will be one proposition from the City of Garland (property tax rate) so it might be worth the effort to study the details.
Again, the “big day” for voting at walk-in election sites is Tuesday November 3rd, but early voting can be done on these dates:

This year, we will be able to vote in the new West Garland Library (3921 W. Walnut St), but another good option will be the Dallas County Community College at Garland (675 W. Walnut St). As of this writing (10/6/26) the entire list of Early Voting centers has yet to be published, but it should eventually show up here: https://www.votetexas.gov/voting/where.html
