The Garland News will host a Town Hall Meeting about the proposed budget cuts to the District Attorney's office and the impact those cuts will have on crime in Garland.

The DA's office has stated that the goal of the Town Hall Meeting is to educate and inform Garland residents of the inevitable domino effect on crime that will take place if the DA's office is forced to cut its budget by 10%.

All Garland residents are invited. Residents will be given an opportunity to ask questions.
