Garland Honors Our Veterans

5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

On the downtown Square

FREE to all veterans, military personnel & guests

                               

☼       Plaza Theatre –
·       Heritage Brass Band & Stage Show

(reservations required)

·       two variety shows 7:00 p.m. & 8:30 p.m.
·       call 972–205-2769 to reserve your seats
☼       Entertainment on the Square –

(limited seating will be available; bring your own lawn chair to guarantee a seat)

·       Dallas Banjo Band, Guys & Dolls Vocal Group, City of Garland Chorale and RaqSolid Bellydance Company
☼       Food and Beverage
·       FREE popcorn, hot chocolate, tea, water, coffee & desserts around the Square (coffee from the Generator Coffee House)
·       $5.00 meals for veterans and their guests

      (Dos Banderos, Vetoni’s, Corner Pocket & Paw Paw’s)

☼       Put your military picture on our Veterans Photo Wall
·       Bring a 5x7 picture and info to be listed with photo 

     (Name, time span in service, branch of service, etc.)

☼       Veterans Tribute Garden –

(located at the Garland Senior Activity Center)

·       buy yourself a personalized brick
